Spirit of Christmas

Spirit of Christmas

Zulucow at Spirit of Christmas fair in London Nov 4-10!

Gifts that Give Back!

For a few years now, I’ve been asked if Zulucow will be at ‘Spirit of Christmas’; and this year I’ve finally taken the plunge! Zulucow will be one of 900 independent businesses, selling unique, gorgeous Christmas gifts at this week long Christmas shopping Extravaganza at Olympia in London! Who’s coming to see me?!!

I’ll be showcasing Zulucow’s new cowhide bags, belts, hipflasks… and the rest of our unique, sustainable beautifully crafted pieces (lovingly made by Ma Philippine, Gloria, Thandi and the team.)

As well as selling, I’m hoping to have a decent Christmas shop too. I far prefer shopping small and with independent businesses; so I’ll be making a bee-line for Emma Shipley and her magical mystical African inspired creations.

I always love the ethically and sustainably sourced natural leather boots of Celtic and Co. I still wear their woolly, shaggy boots I bought a few years ago.

The Beauty of Spirit of Christmas is that you can shop independent and find original, sustianable pieces, lovingly made by small businesses, like Lesley Magnay’s sustainably sourced stunning cow horn from East African Trading, and Clare Brownlow’s exquisite, ‘Pheasant Feather Art.’
